VILAVIT Female:
In order to best support egg maturation and the process of meiosis, we recommend taking it at least 3-6 months before a planned pregnancy.

In order to support sperm maturation in the best possible way, we recommend taking it at least 3-6 months before you plan to get pregnant.

VILAVIT Prenatal:
In order to provide mother and child with the necessary minerals and vitamins in the best possible way, we recommend taking it after a positive pregnancy test. It is also recommended to be taken while breastfeeding.

We recommend taking VILAVIT with a meal and water in order to absorb fat-soluble vitamins as best as possible. Since B vitamins can have a stimulating effect, we recommend taking them with breakfast or lunch.
